Abstract

Ä¡¾ÆÀÇ ¼±Ãµ¼º °á¼ÕÀº Ä¡¹èÀÇ ¹ßÀ°ÀÌ ½ÃÀÛµÇÁö ¸øÇÏ¿© Ä¡¾ÆÀÇ Áõ½Ä, ºÐÈ­°¡ ÀϾÁö ¸øÇÔÀ¸·Î¼­ ¹ß»ýÇÏ´Â ÈçÇÑ Ä¡¾ÆÀÇ ¹ßÀ° ÀÌ»óÀÌ´Ù. ÀÌ ¿¬±¸ÀÇ ¸ñÀûÀº ¼±Ãµ¼º °á¼ÕÄ¡ÀÇ ¹ß»ý·ü, °á¼ÕÄ¡ÀÇ ¼ö, ¹ß»ýºÎÀ§¿Í °á¼ÕÄ¡ ȯÀÚ¿¡°Ô¼­ ³ªÅ¸³­ ´Ù¸¥ Ä¡¾ÆÀÌ»óÀÇ ¹ß»ý¿©ºÎ¸¦ Á¶»çÇÏ´Â °ÍÀÌ´Ù. º» ¿¬±¸´Â 2006³â 7¿ùºÎÅÍ 2008³â 6¿ù±îÁö ÀüºÏ´ëÇб³ ¼Ò¾ÆÄ¡°ú¿¡ ³»¿øÇÏ¿© Æijë¶ó¸¶¸¦ ÃÔ¿µÇÑ 1,520¸íÀÇ È¯ÀÚ(2.917¼¼)¸¦ ´ë»óÀ¸·Î Á¦ 3 ´ë±¸Ä¡¸¦ Á¦¿ÜÇÑ ¼±Ãµ¼º °á¼ÕÄ¡ÀÇ ºÐÆ÷¸¦ Á¶»çÇÏ¿© ´ÙÀ½°ú °°Àº °á°ú¸¦ ¾ò¾ú´Ù. 1. Àüü 1,520¸í Áß ÃÑ 8.88%¿¡¼­ °á¼ÕÄ¡°¡ °üÂûµÇ¾úÀ¸¸ç, ³²ÀÚ°¡ 9.05%,¿©ÀÚ°¡ 8.64%¿¡¼­ °á¼ÕÄ¡°¡ °üÂûµÇ¾ú´Ù. 2.ÃÑ 350°³ÀÇ ¿µ±¸ °á¼ÕÄ¡ Áß ÇÏ¾Ç Á¦ 2¼Ò±¸Ä¡°¡ 22.3%·Î °¡Àå ¹ß»ý·üÀÌ ³ô¾Ò°í, ÇÏ¾Ç ÃøÀýÄ¡, »ó¾Ç Á¦ 2¼Ò±¸Ä¡ ÇÏ¾Ç ÁßÀýÄ¡, »ó¾Ç ÃøÀýÄ¡ ¼øÀ̾ú´Ù. ¶ÇÇÑ ÃÑ 18°³ÀÇ À¯Ä¡ °á¼ÕÄ¡ Áß ÇÏ¾Ç À¯ÃøÀýÄ¡°¡ °¡Àå ³ôÀº ¹ß»ý·ü(50%)À» º¸¿´´Ù. 3. 1°³ÀÇ ¿µ±¸Ä¡ °á¼ÕÄ¡¸¦ °¡Áö´Â ȯÀÚ´Â 43.3%, 2°³´Â 34.3% 3°³´Â 6.7%, 4°³´Â 1.5%, 5°³´Â 3.7% 6°³ ÀÌ»óÀº 10.4%À̾ú´Ù. ¶ÇÇÑ À¯Ä¡ °á¼ÕÄ¡ÀÇ ¼ö´Â 1°³´Â 86.7%, 2°³´Â 13.3%À̾ú´Ù. 4. °á¼ÕÄ¡°¡ Àִ ȯÀÚ Áß °úÀ×Ä¡¸¦ °¡Áö´Â ȯÀÚ´Â 18¸í(13.3%)ÀÌ ÀÖ¾úÀ¸¸ç, ¿Ö¼ÒÄ¡, À̼ҸÍÃâ, À¶ÇÕÄ¡ µîÀÇ Ä¡¾ÆÀÌ»óÀ» Áö´Ñ ȯÀÚµµ °üÂûµÇ¾ú´Ù.

The congenital missing of teeth is common, which takes place since the proliferation and differentiation are not allowed in that tooth bud fail to start development. The purpose of this study is to research incidence rate, number, and missing part of congenital missing teeth, and to study whether a person who has missing teeth has other abnormality of teeth or not. For this study, 1,520 subjects(aged 2.917) who had visited pediatric dentist department of Chonbuk national university dental hospital within 2 years were examined with an panoramic radiograph; exempting third molar missing state. The obtained results are as follows. 1. 8.88% among total subjects show missing teeth; male 9.05%, female 8.64% 2. The most frequently missing permanent teeth were the mandibular second premolars(22.3%). The most frequently missing primary teeth are mandibular lateral incisors(50%). 3. 43.3% patients have one permanent missing tooth, 34.3% have two, and 10.4% have more than six, respectively. In primary teeth, 86.7% patients have one missing tooth, and 13.3% have two missing teeth. 4. 18 patients(13.3%) have missing teeth as well as hyperdontia, while some patients have microdont, ectopic eruption, and fusion teeth.
